GENUKI Norfolk is part of the GENUKI, the UK and Ireland Genealogical Service. This site contains a wealth of genealogical and other historical information about Norfolk in general and Barton Turf in particular, with links to other sources of information. Norfolk Family History Society
The Norfolk Family History Society welcomes people researching their Norfolk ancestors and family history. They currently have around 3,800 members researching their Ancestors in Norfolk, including members from as far afield as Australia and U.S.A.

The Oxford Dictionary of National Biography is an illustrated collection of over 56,000 specially written biographies of the men and women who shaped all aspects of Britain's past, from the fourth century BC to the year 2004. The dictionary does not include any living people.
