Films

The East Anglian Film Archive contains a film entitled The Broads Remembered, which can be viewed online.  Published in 1971, a former wherry skipper, Nat Bircham, remembers his working life on the Broads. This is contrasted with modern Broads scenes. It includes shots of  Neatishead Street and Barton Broad.

NIB Magazine

The NIB is the Neatishead, Irstead and Barton monthly parish magazine.  It can now be viewed online at the Barton Turf Church site.

Newspapers

Archant, publishers of the Eastern Daily Press and the Norwich Evening News, has a Norfolk Newspaper Library containing material dating back to 1750. Members of the public can arrange personal research visits Monday-Friday 9-12. Charges vary depending on query.
